Beginning
I am running my business for some time now and had always felt the need to manage it professionally. I tried various contact management systems, tried paper based diary, tried pocket pc but always felt short of one facility or other. On searching Google when I found BullsEyeAgent, I thought why not try it as first month is free. So i signed up.

Challenge
Whenever you get a new system there are always challenges. Challenges to understand the system, to mould it for your business, to use it effectively and to grow business with its use. BullsEye tools has provided a lot of tools and in the beginning I got lost to find from where to start. But with the help of the online step-by-step guide and a few email exchanges with BullsEye, I finally started.

Solution
There are a few ways in which you can begin using BullsEye. For instance if you are beginner, you can start with creating a marketing plan and then follow it. If you are already in business, you can manage your contacts and be in touch with them quite often or if you are too busy, you might need to manage your tasks. In my case, I wanted to manage contacts and manage tasks. So I started with that.

Success
After that it was pretty easy. Just ad your contacts, add your tasks and the system reminds you automatically. I love the newsletters library and greeting cards that I can send to my prospects, clients realtor friends. Now I don't need to do everything myself as I simple don't have time. BullsEye provides with everything. My website too is running on its own. They are updating the news, articles and rates and my website always shows latest content.

Another excellent feature I liked is that I can set a few articles on my website in such a way that only partial content is available for the visitors to read. So if they are interested, they provide their name and email address and the article is emailed to them. This is an excellent way to generate prospective clients as you get their email address. Now I can send a monthly newsletter to them and keep myself in their mind.
