Software License Agreement

THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made between you ("User") and Bulls Eye Agent Corporation, ("BullsEyeAgent").

Grant of License
BullsEyeAgent grants to the User, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its proprietary software (“Software”). The User may not use the Software for any use prohibited by law. This Agreement does not give User any intellectual property rights in the Software. The User agrees not to make any attempt to discover or obtain the source code for the Software.

Applicable Fees
User agrees to pay all applicable subscription fees in return for BullsEyeAgent providing User with the use of Software. Refunds are applicable only in the case of User not satisfied by the results of the software. No refunds are applicable after one year of use of Software. User subscriptions will renew monthly or yearly as applicable unless User provides BullsEyeAgent notice of termination of said Subscription.

Limited Warranty
The User’s exclusive remedy, and BullsEyeAgent’s only obligation under any law shall be to repair or replace the Software in a reasonable period of time. This is a limited warranty and the only warranty made by BullsEyeAgent and its agents.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, shall BullsEyeAgent be liable for any damages. BullsEyeAgent shall be held harmless for losses that occur relating to the use of the Software.

Privacy & Use of Information
BullsEyeAgent undertakes to ensure that our privacy policy is adhered too. BullsEyeAgent only uses information in ways necessary to improve and provide the solution to User.

Advertising Content
BullsEyeAgent reserves the right to, at their discretion; add, remove or modify any advertisements within the software.

Termination User’s
license is terminated if the User violates this Agreement. Either User or BullsEyeAgent can terminate this Agreement at any time with notice to the other Party. Upon termination, the User must destroy all copies of the Software and related documentation.

General Provisions
This Agreement is the entire agreement between User and BullsEyeAgent and supersedes prior agreements. The laws of Canada and USA will govern this Agreement. If any part of this Agreement is found to be void, unenforceable or invalid, it shall not affect the other parts of this Agreement.
